Term and conditions

• Gift Voucher must be used by the recipient named on voucher.
• The Gift Voucher number is required at the time of booking.
• Gift Voucher must be presented on the day of booking.
• Gift Voucher can be redeemed for a different service of the same value, or you can upgrade by paying the difference.
• Voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date.
• Vouchers last for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Each Voucher can only be redeemed in one visit (not split).
• Cancellations within 24hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of voucher.
• Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost or extended past their expiry date.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable for change of mind.
